Environmental Division
This division of our company specializes in the transportation of solid dry bulk, hazardous waste, and materials.
- Contaminated soild and debris containing PCB's, heavy metals, chemicals, solvents, etc.
- Sludges that are generated as part of the manufacturing process.
- Materials that contain enough zink, copper, lead, and other heavy metals to be classified as a hazardous material.
Permits - U.S. Bulk has all the state and federal permits to transport hazardous waste and materials thorughout the United States and the Canadian Provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
Insurance - We have liability insurance with all necessary pollution endorsements to more than satisfy all federal, state, and commercial insurance requirements.
Our drivers are professionals that are given special O.S.H.A. approved hazardous waste and materials training. This formal training is updated every year (as well as regularly scheduled safety meetings throughout the year) and a certification card is issued to the driver after completing the course and passing the final written and practical test.
Our safety department is totally focused on safety and it's director is a certified O.S.H.A. training instructor. His teaching certificate is recertified yearly. He conducts regular safety meetings throughout the year as well as the special hazardous waste and materials training.
Our equipment - We use late model tractors and trailers that have the right specification for specialized application and coupled with our comprehensive preventative maintenance program ensures the most reliable equipment in our industry.
Our management experience - The company's management team has been involved in the hazardous waste and materials transportation industry for over 25 years and has the proven know how to safely transport these special commodities.
